How we work

Logistics Network Inc. is a boutique consulting firm. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not send in a large team of consultants which could increase your costs. When you engage with us, you will be personally attended to by Mike Stroh and derive the benefit of his more than 25 years of hands-on experience in resolving issues like yours. Needless to say however, if the project requires additional resources, we are prepared to provide them on an as needed basis. 

The large consulting firms often use teams of recently-minted MBA’s that are long on theory, but short on any practical experience. Mike will listen to your issues and, in conjunction with your staff, develop a solution that best fits your specific organization. 

Mike’s unique background, consisting of a strong mix of the practical along with the academic, provides a resource to your organization that will ensure you achieve the best possible solution to your issues. 

At Logistics Network we have a long history of emphasizing the simple. Complex solutions are often difficult and expensive to implement and manage. That does not mean we do not recognize that many problems can be complex. We just look to find the most straightforward solution to them. Our goal is to deliver a solution that fits your business and can be easily sustained by your staff once our engagement is concluded.  

We will not walk into your facility and attempt to dazzle (and confuse) you with consultant-speak. Business problems require clarity to resolve them. We consciously avoid meaningless terminology that adds no value to the process. Our approach is to thoroughly analyze your issues and provide the most effective means of resolution.
